1. General
All sales are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

2. Product & Specifications
Products supplied are LLDPE stretch film manufactured according to agreed specifications (thickness, width, length, and packaging).
Minor variations within industry tolerance may occur.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order is 1 x 20ft container unless otherwise agreed.
​
4. Pricing & Quotation
All quotations are valid for a limited time and subject to confirmation.
Prices may vary based on raw material costs and order volume.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed in the Proforma Invoice (PI), typically:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
-
L/C (Letter of Credit, optional for large orders)
Production will begin after payment confirmation.

6. Production & Lead Time
Standard production lead time:

7–15 days depending on order quantity
Delays caused by force majeure or logistics are not the responsibility of the supplier.

7. Shipment & Delivery
Shipment terms are based on agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
Once goods are shipped, responsibility transfers according to the agreed Incoterm.

8. Inspection
Buyers may request third-party inspection (e.g., SGS) before shipment.
Inspection costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Documents Provided
We provide standard export documents:

Commercial Invoice

Packing List
-
Bill of Lading
-
Certificate of Origin
Additional documents can be arranged upon request.

10. Quality Assurance & Claims
All goods are inspected before shipment.
Any claims must be submitted within 7 days after receipt of goods, supported by photos or videos.
We will review and provide a reasonable solution, including replacement or compensation based on mutual agreement.

11. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of bulk export shipments, returns are not accepted.
All issues are handled through claims and negotiated solutions.

12. Samples
Samples can be provided upon request.
Shipping costs may apply.

13. Force Majeure
The seller shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, transport disruptions, etc.)

14. Governing Law
All transactions shall be governed by mutually agreed international trade practices.
